Marina 2015-ben Közgazdászként végzett a Budapesti Gazdasági Főiskolán, Nemzetközi Üzleti Kommunikáció szakirányon. Ezt követően csatlakozott a Sanatmetal Kft. csapatához először külkereskedelmi asszisztensként. Ebben a szerepkörben tapasztalta meg először, mi egy innovatív egészségipari cég fókusza, hogyan tud a multinacionális cégekkel szemben, folyamatosan dinamikusan fejlődő kkv, nemhogy fennmaradni, de az európai TOP 20 eü cége közé tartozni. Ezt követően, Titkárságvezetői pozícióba került ahol megismerte a stratégiális gondolkodás alapjait és a teljes cég komplex folyamatainak működéséről is képet kapott. 2018 év végén vette át a Diagnosztikai divízió vezetését, amely terület a jelenleg a világon egyedülálló tudással rendelkező WIWE mobil EKG-vel foglalkozik. Feladatai közé tartozott a beszerzés és gyártás megszervezése, a teljes kereskedelmi és marketingtevékenység irányítása, a termék vevőszolgálati és kiszállítási csapatának vezetésével bezárólag. Ez a szerep volt eddigi, legnagyobb szakmai kihívása, hiszen a divízió tevékenységének megtervezése, olyan globális gondolkodást és tervezést igényelt, amire korábban nem volt szükség, valamint a fejlődő versenytársak, folyamatos megújulásra és új típusú megközelítésekre sarkallták. Idén februártól, pedig a core business külkereskedelmi vezetői pozícióját tölti be. A külkereskedelmi csapatnak extra fontos szerepe van, a Sanatmetal életében, hiszen a disztribútorokon keresztüli értékesítés az árbevétel 44%-át adta 2019-ben, és biztosítják a cég nemzetközivé válását.
Marina graduated in 2015 at Budapest Business School as an economist at International business communication specialization. After that she joined the team of Sanatmetal as an International Sales assistant. Firstly in this position she experienced, what is the main focus and target of an innovative medical company, and how it can succeed towards the multinational companies, and it not just stagnated but developing every year, and now it is in the European Top 20 manufacturer of its industry. After that she became the Head of Secrateriat, where she learned the basics of the strategic mindset, and got to know the whole company’s complex operation. At the end of 2018 she joined the Diagnostic division as the division director. This division deals with the world innovative cardiac diagnostic device, WIWE. Here she managed the procedures of procurement and assembling, also leads the sales and marketing activities, and last but not least the customer representatives and the delivery agents’ work. This role was so far the biggest professional challenge in her life, becuase she need to had a global mindset and complex planning of the team work, not to mention the constantly renewable and new type of approach which was needed towards the evolving competitiors. From this February she is the Manager of the inernational sales of the core business. The international sales team has an extra important role in the life of Sanatmetal, because the foreign direct export gives 44% of the total income in 2019, and it ensures the internationalization of the company.
