Konrad currently leads the Health Policy and Communications team in MSD Hungary. Prior to that, he worked for the Ministry of Defense, where he served as a special healthcare advisor leading the healthcare industry related innovation and human development fields. Previously, he also worked as a healthcare industry advisor in Hungary's Ministry for Innovation and Technology to lead the high-level government initiatives in the pharma and medtech sector under the State Secretary of Economical Development and Strategy. Konrad’s and his teams’ achievements include the first nationwide long-term healthcare industry strategy for Hungary, leading a sector analysis which later became the foundation of an 85 billion HUF funding program for Hungarian SMEs, creating government proposals for health technology related Science parks and many COVID-19 related projects. In addition, Konrad was appointed National Representative and Policy Advisor for the EU Commission's Healthcare Emergency Preparedness and Response Authority and the president of the supervisory board for the Center for Healthcare Industry Innovation. Konrad studied International Business at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics and studied at the National University of Singapore and the University College London for Digital Health and Entrepreneurship.
