Rita Molnár, MSc, MBA

Rita Molnár earned her BA degree in Business Communication in 2008 from the Budapest College of Communication and Business. She completed her MBA in Management in 2020 at Budapest Metropolitan University, and between 2020 and 2023 she studied Health Policy, Planning and Financing at Corvinus University of Budapest, where she obtained a certified health policy expert degree. The program aimed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the complexity of healthcare systems at both macro and micro levels, in the context of technological advancement, an aging population, and evolving patient expectations.
She began her career as a professional photojournalist between 1997 and 2002. At just 21 years old, she started organizing events and founded her own company. Her first event was an amateur film festival in Eger in 1998. Between 2001 and 2005, Rita also worked as a film producer. She participated in the co-production of a film directed by the iconic Hungarian filmmaker, Miklós Jancsó. From 2006 until the end of 2007, Rita led the event team of the Hungarian subsidiary of Ringier Publishing, a leading Switzerland-based publishing company. Since then, she has organized 2–3 conferences annually, primarily in the fields of healthcare and venture capital investment.
