The registration form constitutes an order; therefore, if the event takes place, it entails a payment obligation.

The payment deadline for the participation fee of “very super early bird” registrants is 30 March 2026. If the registration fee is credited to our bank account after this date, we will issue an additional invoice for the difference in the fee.

In case of cancellation 30 days prior to the event, the participation fee will be refunded in full within 8 days after the amount has been credited to our bank account. In case of cancellation 29–10 days prior to the event, only 50% of the participation fee can be refunded in the manner described above. In case of cancellation within 10 days of the event, the participation fee cannot be refunded. Cancellations are accepted in writing only.

If the registrant does not attend the event and has not cancelled the order in writing at least 11 days prior to the event, the participation fee cannot be refunded. In addition, if the participation fee has not been paid, it must still be settled afterwards.

The conference fee includes participation in the conference programme, full catering, unlimited coffee and soft drinks throughout the day, and the event programme booklet and other services.

By purchasing a ticket, the purchaser acknowledges that their name, job title and employer will be included in the conference publication among the list of participants.

No further breakdown of the conference fee items beyond what is indicated on the registration form is possible. The organizer does not pay the taxes and contributions related to in-kind catering/benefits. For tax calculation purposes, we provide the following data: the cost of daily catering is EUR 70 + VAT per person.
