Karolina Molnár, Deputy State Secretary for Strategic Affairs, holds a degree in humanities and has been an employee of the Ministry of the Interior since 2022. She graduated from the Faculty of Humanities of Eötvös Loránd University in 2007. She brings her management approach from the field of cohesion policy, gradually moving from project implementation to the planning side after 2012. Between 2016 and 2022, she was the Deputy Head of Department in the area of strategic planning and coordination of European Union developments at the Ministry of Human Resources. Since 2018, she has been the Head of Department at the Deputy State Secretariat for Strategic Affairs of the Ministry, dealing with the strategic planning tasks of the Ministry and the development of policy strategies, action plans and government coordination. During this period, she was involved in statistical planning and coordination tasks, a member of the National Statistical Coordination Board. Since June 2022, as the Head of the Strategic Department of the Ministry of the Interior, she is generally responsible for data collection, comparative analyses, and models that assist in the preparation of decisions, examine their social impacts, and support the decision-making process. Since March 1, 2024, she has been the Deputy State Secretary for Strategic Affairs of the Ministry of the Interior. Member of the National Statistical Council. From the beginning, she has participated in the development of the Health Window mobile application and the institutional introduction of the Outpatient Management System.
