dr. Endre Szigethy, PhD

Endre Szigethy is an epidemiologist and real-world (RW) data scientist with over twenty years of experience spanning academia, the pharmaceutical industry, and contract research organizations (CROs). His primary expertise lies in medical and epidemiological evidence synthesis, including the development of AI-assisted methods for literature review and meta-analysis, as well as the generation of RW evidence (RWE) to support drug development — from study design through to publication.

Throughout his career, he has served as a lead epidemiologist in numerous international RW research projects, primarily within oncology, cardiovascular, and neurological disease areas. He has extensive experience in real-world data analytics, evidence integration, and interdisciplinary scientific collaboration.

Szigethy is fluent in Hungarian, English, and German. He has published in several peer-reviewed international journals and is deeply committed to advancing data-driven health research and the practical application of artificial intelligence to support evidence-based decision-making in healthcare.
