Dr. Éva Stankovics began her career in public administration after obtaining her degrees from the College of Public Administration and the Faculty of Law at Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE). She initially worked in local government and later in central public administration. By training, she is an administrative organizer and lawyer, and she holds administrative and legal professional examinations. Her professional interests have focused on economic and corporate law. This motivated her to pursue studies in economics, and she later earned an economist degree from the Budapest Business School.

She first encountered the healthcare sector on the municipal side, as a maintainer, and moved to the “other” side of the field in 2009. She began as Economic Director of the Szent Rókus Hospital in Budapest, and from 2011 served as Director General of the Hatvan Hospital. In 2025, she was appointed Director General of the Markhot Ferenc Hospital in Heves County. Meanwhile, in 2013 she completed her training as a healthcare manager at Semmelweis University.

As a hospital director, she places special emphasis on healthcare economics and health economic policy issues. Since 2020, she has been teaching hospital management and manager training courses at the University of Sopron, and since 2021 she has been a PhD student at the Széchenyi István Doctoral School of the University of Sopron.
