Veronika Kovács is a partner in the Commercial Team at CMS Budapest. Veronika specializes in the Life Sciences & Healthcare sector. She provides comprehensive legal support to pharmaceutical and medical device companies, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, with special focus on digitalization projects and public healthcare procurements.

Veronika has in-depth experience in a wide range of commercial matters in the sector, from drafting wholesale distribution agreements to assist international life sciences and healthcare clients with tenders with public healthcare institutions,  and supporting them in liability and product recall procedures. She has also been extensively involved in life sciences regulatory matters, including marketing and advertising of medicinal products. Veronika also advises international life sciences and healthcare companies in navigating supply chain risks. She is experienced in other areas of commercial, EU sanctions and public procurement law, both in Hungary and in the CEE region.
