dr. Zoltán Kolodzey LL.M.

Zoltán Kolodzey is a counsel in the Corporate and M&A group of Oppenheim Law Firm. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Eötvös Loránd University in 2015 and started hiscareer in the Hungarian office of a network of law firms in Central and Eastern Europe, wherehe also worked in the M&A group of the firm's Vienna headquarters. In 2018, he joined Oppenheim's MM&AA team as an associate, where he assists both Hungarian and internationalclients in domestic and cross-border transactions. He provides legal support to clients onboth share deals and asset deals, with particular experience in supporting transactions in thehealthcare sector (including pharmaceutical transactions and acquisitions of privatehealthcare providers), service sectors, acquisitions of IT-focused target companies andinvestments by venture capital funds. In addition to his law degree, in 2021 he obtained an LL.M. degree in competition law at the postgraduate course of Pázmány Péter Catholic University.
