dr. Anna Balázs, MD

Dr. Anna Balázs is the founding owner and Chair-CEO of Complex Medical Centre Zrt. (CMC Déli Klinika) and the Medical Director of ONKOMPLEX Cancer Diagnostics and Assistance Ltd. Under her leadership, in 2013 the clinic introduced a comprehensive private oncology health insurance model and care system based on the registered ONKOMPLEX® professional program, as well as a personalized oncology prevention program built on integrated risk analysis.

As an advanced extension of its specialized oncology profile, the primary professional objectives of CMC Déli Klinika include the prevention, rapid and early diagnosis, and strategic management of the most serious diseases — including cancer, cardiovascular, metabolic, and respiratory disorders. These are further enhanced through the use of specialized bioinformatics tools and AI-based decision support systems.

Dr. Balázs earned her medical degree from Semmelweis University in 1995. Since then, she has led numerous respiratory and oncology projects, as well as complex patient support and e-learning programs both in Hungary and internationally. She also played an active role in the introduction of molecular oncology diagnostics in Hungary.
